New Woo Commerce/Wordpress store with advanced and cool integrations -- 2

I want to create a new store to sell equipment and monthly VoIP phone service, but I need to integrate the payments with my existing telecom billing system. The checkout process as I envision it is attached in a PPT file. I will provide new content for the website as well as graphic assets. The existing website has no online sales capability ([login to view URL]). Checkout process: 1. Select hardware (based on quantity this will also display monthly charges estimate) 2. Enter contact information 3. Choose available phone numbers (REST API call to external system) 4. Select optional add on hardware 5. Show ISP availability and allow to add to cart (REST API call to external system) 6. Checkout I would like to capture the customer credit card after the initial charge for the hardware and then call an external API to create the monthly recurring billing setup in my billing system ([login to view URL]) so they don't have to type the CC in again. After checkout we will call a webhook that send us all the info collected during the checkout process and then redirects them to an ACTIVATION page on the website. Aside from the checkout process, we will need to recreate our website (which is currently a single page landing page) in Wordpress. The site will be about 6-10 pages total and I will provide all content and basic design ideas.
