I have a web database application written in PHP that is hosted at individual sites. The application is an information sharing bulletin board where users post articles to share information at the organization. I am looking for a notification in Chrome or in Windows 10 when a new record is added to the Article table of the database or a Comment is added to an article. The PROD site is located on an internal network but I do have a DEV site where you can build and test it. I would like to incorporate my application logo in the notification. The logo is attached. The notification should show the new Article Tag Line, Category it falls in and the users who entered it. The notification should allow the notified user to click on the alert and direct them to the new article. Please include examples of how you would get the notification to look. I can provide you files for how the app displays the articles and table layout for the database. *** It should be noted to avoid confusion that the web server is hosting the PHP site with IIS. The website is accessed via an internal URL. The website is not publicly hosted on the internet. Users may use various browsers.
