Online E-Comm store

I have an E-Comm site and would like to add an online store on it. We require the following done. We require people who are very well versed with PHP, Vue.js and eCommerce sites. 1. Updating my software where we can have people registering as a vendor and setting up their online store 2. These vendors will be able to a. Setup a storefront. In this storefront, they will be able to have their company logo or banner on their landing page. b. They will be able to insert their store policy and procedures or terms and condition. c. They will also receive feedback from customers who have dealt with them. d. They can have a provision to set up their own PayPal for customers to pay them directly before they release the goods or they can choose to not have Paypal. If they choose not to have PayPal then they can have another payment method as the current users are having for payment method. We as Superadmin do not get involved with customer and vendor dealing as far as payment is concerned. This is something they deal directly. e. The Vendor will be paying us (super admin) a monthly fee to have their store operating on our site. If the monthly fee is not paid then we as super admin should be able to block the store until payment is received. f. All the products uploaded by this vendor will NOT need approval but will Automatically be uploaded. WE DO NOT WANT TO CHECK EACH LISTING AND APPROVING THEM TO BE UPLOADED, SO NO NOTIFICATION IS NEEDED TO SUPER ADMIN. g. The vendor can allow multiple buys for a product and also have the choice of listing product with color and size selection. eg. if a vendor is selling clothes, then this vendor should allow buyers to select a size and color from the available vendors stock. PLUS if the vendor wants to allow buyers to have a quantity buy price then we should also have a provision for this (eg. buy quantity 1 = $2.00 ea, buy quantity 10 = $1.80 ea ) h. Vendors products will also be displayed together with the rest of the products from other users too. So on the search page if someone searches for a computer then if we have a vendor who sells computer will also get his product displayed with the rest of the computer in the database. i. The vendor will also be able to either put a sale price or auction his product like the rest of the users. 3. The fixed monthly fee can be changed by the Superadmin so this needs to be inserted in the Superadmin panel so when we decide that we want to change the monthly fee then we need to just enter in the super admin area and all the monthly deduction can be changed.
