I request a payroll with the following requirements : Functions Requirements : I. Statutory tax and pension computations and deductions. II. Ability to allow and systemize the process for other deductions (statutory and non-statutory) III. Ability to generate electronic and printed pay slips at the Employee Self Service IV. Ability to support electronic and digital signature V. Ability to produce monthly payroll exception report VI. Ability to support and effect internet banking – web to bank payments VII. The system should allow for monthly reconciliation, record retention of employee and management access. VIII. The system should be able to process time and attendance. IX. Computation and deduction of staff salary advance and outstanding float deductions X. Leave and absence tracking and processing XI. System should be able to set up work flows and notifications for system approvals XII. System must be able to seamlessly connect and bridge with existing and future HRIS Platforms especially SuccessFactors Technical Requirements: 1. The system must be cloud-based (SaaS) This entails access to payroll system must be anytime, anywhere and various devices. 2. a. Integration with Pastel accounting software b. Integration with SuccessFactors HR system c. Integration with Azure Active Directory d. Integration to time and attendance system I need this complete payroll system urgently.
