Opencart developer needed to help me finish update to V3 and customise Journal theme + bugfix

So I have a project I am working on and I need an experienced, proven Opencart developer to do some tasks on it.
The clients current site is on OC v2 and the projects goal is to Upgrade the site from V2 to V3, install the V3 version of their plugins, then customise the Journal V2 (for OC3) theme to match a PSD layout I have (for homepage and product page) which is not that far off the old sites 'look' and can easily be done in Journal theme.
I currently have a working OC V3.0.2 setup with a default theme on it. BUT, journal V3 theme is now installed and I cannot get it working correctly. The website is for digital downloads of custom made images, has a blog, (see the extension below) and the other plugins listed below. It does not have any custom modules and is running now on a stock install of Opencart 3.0.2
I have the V3 version of the plugins installed and it all seems ok, apart from items like /blog and some other items are missing from the main menu (as they have not been added yet)

The current site is using Journal v2 theme as well. The modifications to Journal theme once the site is working right on the stock Journal will be provided by PSD. They have the same Journal 'look and feel' but some items are moved and tweaked, slider added etc
The end result MUST be fully responsive and compatible with future theme updates (if at all possible)
Then I will be wanting to install SEO URL plugin and test it works ok . I will sort the URL rewrites. The store has about 1000 digital products, we will be using dummy files for the dev work to check everything is working 100% .
I am only seeking proven Opencart developers, or please do not apply. I know Magento well, but am less experienced on Opencart which is why I only want an OC developer with lots of feedback and Opencart task feedback. please quote 'helllooo' so I know you read this brief.

I expect this to be a bid amount to
1/ Get Journal theme working correctly on my V3 install,
2/ Check the V3 install is fine ,
3/ Check all plugins working correctly,
4/ Customise Journal theme to PSD files that I can provide.,
Once the project is ongoing we can arrange extra works on a cost by cost basis or pre agreed hours x hourly rate
URL can be provided of test site and live site for any serious candidates.
