opencart showing/hiding shipping options according to client's shipping address AND products in the cart

NOTE: I will not give access to my shop. It should work on a demo shop you have. It is a simple request of showing/hiding shipping option according to client shipping location AND products in the cart. Hi, I need to make a change in the USPS shipping options users see in the checkout according to: 1. The products in the cart 2. The client location For example: 1. You are an international buyer, and you buy 1 milk powder. In the checkout, you will see 2 options: Normal and express. 2. You go back to the shop and add a new product: Liquid Milk. In the checkout, you will now see only 1 options: Express. Example 2: Same as the example above, only this time this is a US buyer: 1. You buy 1 milk powder. In the checkout, you will see 2 options: Normal and express. 2. You go back to the shop and add a new product: Liquid Milk. In the checkout, you will still see 2 options: Normal and express.
