OTT Project

I am looking for a freelancer or a company who has experience and have done projects in IPTV/OTT. I want someone who has the script and code so we dont have to start and work from a scratch. I would like to see a demo. 1. Option to add different streams/channels. 2. Video on Demand 3. Movie on Demand 4. Fantastic User interface 5. Device authentication - IP, MAC, login 6. Multi device playing 7. Should be compatible with Android & iOS (Apk/sdk and iOS app to be provided) 8. Easy to use and fully comprehensive Backend/Admin panel 9. Option to run pre, mid and post ads in different streams and have a complete data of different ads ran, timing with viewers online 10. Should have agent/reseller login and option for agent/reseller to activate their devices and complete white label billing solution 11. Should be able to offer the solution as white labelled where reseller/agent can have their own little admin dashboard and their apps in their name/logos but controlled by Super admin 12. Should be able to add/remove channels to reseller/agents 13. Option to download videos for 7 days in app which should automatically delete after 7 days 14. Option to buy to view content. Gateway integration option from super admin. Should be in sandbox types. 15. Should pick up geo location of the device and show relevant content first and also create heat map in super admin. 16. Super admin should be able to ping message to single or all viewers in text format or run a video as and when required. 17. Should compare of all channels/streams watched on the basis of what content, devices, location, etc. 18. Option for advertisements as well on user screen/home screen. 19. Should have complete EPG Only freelancers who has worked on similar projects will be considered. Don't bid just for sake without reading all details. Freelancers with understanding of content will be given priority. Freelancers with understanding of CDN or create a virtual CND will be given preference. Payment via Freelancer only on 100% delivery of the project, NO EXCUSES. OTT & IPTV & STB Middleware solutions with billing. Also you should be able to install middleware on a VPS Server. Must be step by step from installation to server to authentication, channels configuration etc, I mean the whole process, kind of ready to play plug and play. At the end the STB should be working with channels with authentication from STB to access channels package and I need full documentation on it as well. Option to use wowza ,primecast streaming services or any other better services should be advised. Security is Vital so complete demonstration of the same should be made. Should be able to use RTMP ,HTTP, RTSP, HLS streams for the video, radio link and VOD movies MP4. The goal is to setup on OTT subscription on MiniPC Android and Linux set top box
