Outsourcing PHP development / AWS infrastructure maintenance

We have a platform coded in PHP with some Python scripts and MySQL and MongoDB. We are sourcing and aggregating data (note js) on an ongoing basis trough 100+ API which is displayed on the website. The entire solution is hosted in AWS. We are looking for an outsourcing service provider (companies only, no individuals) to further develop and maintain the platform. The outsourcing will take place in 3 phases: 1. One month full-time PHP resource to review and fix current code, review and update documentation, implement further features -> Total cost 1 month middle experience PHP developer 2. Maintenance of AWS infrastructure, monitoring whether scripts / data sourcing / DB is working properly, restart scripts/fixing if required. Time window: 1 hour a day / 5 hours a week / 20 hours a month -> Total costs per month for this monitoring tasks by appropriate trained staff 3. Further development of the platform: PHP coding, Python coding, UI/UX designer -> hourly rates for PHP coding / Python coding / Design Your proposal needs to have the followings structure to be further considered for being shortlisted: 1.
