Paypal Crowdfunding

I want to create a Kickstarter-style crowdfunding page using Wordpress and Paypal. I want a progress bar that reflects donations/pledges made in real-time. So, if I have a minimum goal of $4000 to raise and someone pledges $150 to my cause, the progress bar should show that both visually and numerically. I threw together a mock-up of what I roughly want it to look like. Of course, it would require seamless integration with Paypal so knowledge of Paypal APIs is a must. I want people to be able to come to my site, see my project, see a reward tier they want, click on it once, be taken to the Paypal payment screen, pay, get a "payment confirmation screen", an emailed transaction receipt and then be returned to my home page. Simple, easy and pain-free. I can do most of the Wordpress stuff like designing the page. I just need someone to create the progress bar so I can integrate that into my Paypal account and drop it into my Wordpress site. If you can help make this happen, let's talk numbers.
