We need to produce a free quote generator for the site at [login to view URL] based upon the following specs:

1. The user will select their model car from three dropdowns: Year, Make, Model. The dropdowns will chain filter, so that when they select the Year only the Makes from that year will populate in the Makes field, and when they select a Make only the Models offered by that Make will appear in the Models field (see [login to view URL] for an example of this exact functionality).

2. Based upon the model selected, the system will pull two prices from our supplied CSV database: Two-Wheel Brake Job and Four-Wheel Brake Job.

3. The system will display both prices, and also a button for "Schedule an Appointment Now" which leads to our appointment system at [login to view URL]
