Plugin modifications on a wordpress multisite

I am looking for a very advanced wordpress coder, you need to know about multisite and how to create and modify plugins. There are various tasks I need completed for my gaming multisite vgmods.net. I require 'cm downloads manager' plugin modification, some theme additions and user management enhancements too. Here is the list of tasks, site can be seen here [login to view URL] 1. Download plugin filters should show what sorting option selected by default 2. Fix Breadcrumbs on Mod page and Forum 3. Enhance filters to include categories 4. Upload browse box to show all files type 5. Cloud storage option of files larger than 50mb 6. Help with some small user information placement on theme I want to hire somebody that is flexible and able to assist with other php/jquery questions I may have. I would like a long term freelancer on standby (jul to dec) for future additions to the site.
