Prestshop product page (.tpl + .css) customised code

hey we are looking for someone able to edit code of prestashop product page. we are running with an already custom theme but the product page is not very useable for us lik it is right now. looks like this: [login to view URL] outcome: [login to view URL] 1. please notice we are based in germany and we have to use the eu-module (the stuff above and below product price) [login to view URL] 2. we are not sure about the green&blue background. maybe leave it white. 3. we are not sure if we will use short descrition on product page. it is pretty useless for seo. might be out commented. 4. the picture slider would be nice to have horizontally. the upside down pictures are not intended - just a quick scheme. 5. product condition will be out commented. we will also deactivate stock amount. 6. please notice the much wider shopping cart button. the default one used by the theme is too small. color is changed also. 7. please notice we would like to display manufactures logo on product page. but maybe this would be needed to be done with an external module? 8. new tabs (data sheet) might also be external module? 9. the default item picture on product page (large_default) is going to be pretty small at about 300x300 px. 10. the theme needs to stay responsive feel free to make suggestions.
