Problem with "attributes" not saving on products - woocommerce

Hi,
I have a problem setting the attributes on products on my ecommerce based in Woocommerce.
It seems like it only saves the manual attributes and not the ones I previously created in "Attributes" (like "color: red, blue, white"). WHY and how can I solve this?
In every product I need to put color and gender, and both are Attributes created with their variables so they don't "stick".
In products I put some time ago I see they are there, it's a problem I have now adding or changing attributes on products.
