Python/Django web application

I would like to develop & improve a web application based on the following applications: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This web application is used to manage physical mail room through web portal. Front end: a basic content management page to show product features, pricing, and client login etc. Online chat for customer service Sign up page (customer name, password, c/c, bank account for check deposits, and choose which plan customers would like to use), then a mailbox number will be assigned to customer automatically. A welcome email will be sent to customer to verify email address & activate customer’s account. Web-based Client portal: Client will be assigned a unique 6 digits mailbox number randomly. Client will need to put mailbox number as part of their mailing address in order to receive mail correctly. Client will be notified automatically when new mail arrives and able to view their mail in PDF format through web portal or through mobile app. Client can opt to receive all of their documents in PDF format through email. So that they don’t have to login web portal to read their mail. Client can request further actions such as scan the entire mail content, print or download as PDF, disregard & destroy the mail, or store mail for future use with definite time frame, forward mail to somewhere else, check deposit, print & send (client can upload a PDF document, then we can print out and send out for them). Mail requested as deletion will be deleted from client’s folder. Mail requested as stored will be transferred to stored folder. Mail requested as forwarded will be transferred to forwarded folder Checks deposited will be shown in the deposit folder Billing area shows how much client was charged for the previous period, as well as historical charges. Web-based Admin portal: Mailroom office clerk can input mailbox number to bring up client's account. Clerk scans mail envelop by a scanner, then upload to customers' account. Actions requested by client will show on admin panel until marked as completed with appropriate document uploaded. Fees will be calculated automatically based on price chart and charge customers' paypal, stripe, or credit cards automatically. Rate can be set based on volume discounts for corporate accounts. a customer service session where using mailbox number to bring up client's account and record all of the chat history. Mobile-based admin portal a mobile app will be developed: Mailroom clerk can input mailbox number to bring up client’s account. Clerk take a photo then upload to customer’s account. Extra functionalities Multi-lingual Provide system as a SAAS hosted system for other mail service providers. System will automatically charge a percentage (such as 5%) as licensing fee to franchisees. I prefer the back-end to be written in Python/Django. But other languages are OK.
