python 2.7 help w/ BS [AUD ONLY]

I have a huge amount of text i get from python w/ beautifulsoup i'd like to extract only the 2nd link in the text, it's through a third party google API for gmail so you wont get the normal tags, i'm able to see the links w/ text using the "tr" tags. text i want extracted is the activation link only: [<tr>\n<td colspan="2">\n<img height="119" src="[login to view URL]" width="700"/>\n</td>\n</tr>, <tr>\n<td align="left" valign="top">\r\nHi!
