What we are looking for:
1)
There is an open API in web what we want to read out and put it into an MYSQL Database!
The tool have to scan the api every 12 hours and has to update the Database.
The construction what we want to have has to look like:
Project 1
Name Date Birthday ……-> 250 more datas!!!
When we have all this datas in the database we are going to step 2 -----> the control panel

Create an interface for the database!
In this interface we want to create a user system / ticket system where every user can edit all datas from the database + can add missing datas !!
The user has to choose for example “Project” and must be able to edit ALL Datas in this project!!
When this user is finished he has to press a button that the datas are ready and a “Super User” or a “Admin” has to check the files and the admin can push “release”
After that, the data will automatically be displayed on our homepage.
We also want to have a “Report Section on Admin Interface” to see and control every user, how much work he did. We want to have a clear overview about everything. We also want to know how long he had the project open.
The workflow of this interface has to look like this:
When a new project is added, every USER has to get an email that a new project is avaiable!
The user who has time at the moment, can open this project and can edit all missing/ wrong datas!
(When user1 has the project open – nobody else can work on this project, because we want to pay money for everybody who has finished us a complete project!) We think of a ticket system, but its your choice!!
When user1 does not finish it in 3 hours the project has to open automatic for someone other!
