Responsive Small Business Website

I urgently need a responsive professional website for a small business. It's for a software development firm. I am not looking for an ordinary design. I need a hi-fi design that is modern, simple and yet professional with beautiful typography and design. Please bid only if you have built top-notch websites before. I just don't need the design, I want a finished product. I will give you the current website. First you will design a mockup and show me. Once approved, you will build the site and then migrate all data from the current site including titles, meta tags, google snippets, custom javascript (for chat), etc. I don't have time to do QA so bid only if you can take full responsibility. It'd better if you had a inhouse QA person to test and make sure the site is ready. 1. Clean site, professional design, modern! 2. Excellent typography 3. Background video animation 4. Contact form with full validation 5. Works on all devices and all browsers 6. Fast loading 7. Follow google guidelines for good performance sites. It should pass google tools for quality and good quality score. Test it on pageinsight and [login to view URL] before you deliver. 8. Do NOT copy images or videos from the net. I don't want to be sued. If you need any hi-definition images or video, let me know I will buy them for you. 9. Use bootstrap 10. Code should be very clean and well commented and structured. 11. Copy all tags, meta tags from existing site. If you can improve the tags for better SEO experience, please go ahead and make the improvements. Finally make sure you follow all guidelines given above. Don't ask for money if you have not fulfilled all requirements. I have lot of work and if you do a good job I will retain you for more work. Bid reasonably! I am a techie myself. This is not a complicated site at all. Just because I have provided guidelines above does not mean it is a complicated site. It is a very simple site with few pages and navigation items. It is plain html, bootstrap and may be some javascript. Keep the extensions as .php because the chat script is written in php and to make it work the page has to have a .php extension. I can build it in 4-5 days but I dont have the luxury of time. The main focus is on the design part. That has to be very modern and professional. I will provide the sample site that I like. I don't want it to be copied as-is but i will show it you for inspiration so that you can grab the idea about what i need. No plagiarism please! Don't copy sites. Don't bid if you cannot think out of the box or come up with unique innovative ideas! I don't have a domain name yet. So use dummy logo. Will provide domain name in a day or two. Again, I want a ready-to-use website. I don't have time for QA. You will copy all content from the current site. Menu links you can copy from current site but I need a new easy navigation system.
