Well, I can design and implement this project in Java/Python/JavaScript. I suppose is a big project so we will need to design it carefully so that stability and scalability is taken care. We can sit together and discuss the design, and then we can proceed further what to implement and how to implement and we can finally start working on it! I can work on python, java.
