Setting up property listings database with Wordpress, Facebook, and more

I'm working on a real estate solution and need help setting up the properties database. The feed of properties that we receive from the local real estate board is a SIIQ Database that came with a .mdb file in the original package and is updated daily with a zip package containing the updated listings. I've attached both the files and set up documentation for reference. I need this set up in a way that's going to support importing this into my wordpress theme ( I've already purchased and installed WP All import which has a plug in that allows for field mapping to the fields in my theme and custom taxonomies which need to be updated to match the available options with the real estate board.) The added complexity is that the data feed is bilingual and so is my site, I already installed WPML which my theme recommended for multilingual support however I'm not entirely sure how to set it up so I need someone with experience working with this plug in as I wanna make sure that WPML is set up optimally for load speed, and displays all the information accurately. In addition to this I need need the database set up so it can output the listings in a format supported by the facebook marketing api so I can set up dynamic ads. (atomXML, RSS XML, CVS) I'll also be plugging this content into salesforce via the new CMS Connect so additional considerations may have to be done for this. Documentation on this can be found here.
