We are migrating from a custom PHP CMS (based on [login to view URL]) to Wordpress. The number of articles on this site to migrate is about 3000. We will need to keep our old URL to the articles migrated OR you will find a way to bulk redirect the old URL to the new URL for each article. We will also need to keep the Titles, main images and Dates the articles were published. In any case it is important to us that all articles migrated to wordpress are found using their old URLS. How this is achieved will be left to the developer to find the best approach. SUMMARY OF WHAT WE NEED DONE 1. You will install and setup the Wordpress on our development server. 2. You will setup the necessary Responsive wordpress theme that we shall provide you and make sure it is working well. 3. You will plan, map and migrate all data from our current non-wordpress custopm PHP CMS to the new Wordpress. 4. As mention in the description above, you will make sure that all migrated articles can be found using their old URL (even if their current URL in the new wordpress Environment is not same). 5. You will makes sure that all articles images are migrated and appear along with their rightful articles. 6. When all is done, you will move your work to our live Environment.
