Simple Laravel CRUD application through the Autotask SOAP API

I need to find a developer who can write a very simple Laravel application which can interact with Autotask through its SOAP API (API document attached) to perform basic CRUD (Create Read Update Delete) functionality on the remote Autotask database, not on the local Laravel MySQL. I need this written so I can look at the developers code and learn how to do this myself and use it as a framework for developing my own code moving forward. This means I'll be asking quite a lot of questions about how the code works and which Laravel extensions etc to install. The Laravel application doesn't need to be beautiful or have any real design, I only need to see the output from each API query so for someone who's familiar with SOAP API's and Laravel this should be very easy indeed. If I had more time, I would just build the code myself but its often quicker to read someone else code and I'm more of a REST API kinda guy ;-) So, in order for me to be able to get what I need out of this, the Laravel application will need to be able to do the following with the Autotask Database: 1. Read all tickets from the database and group by ticket status 2. Create a new ticket 3. Find a ticket and close it (change status to complete) 4. Get all the notes associated with a ticket 5. Close a ticket 6. Create a new company 7. List all contacts for a company There may be one or two other elements of functionality I need to see working but its again, only so that I can see how to write the code around the API myself so it shouldn't be too much.
