Simple Trading Bot/Script for Cryptopia Exchange

I need a simple Buy and Sell bot for trading on this exchange. All provide a full public API. The requirements are quite simple. I started it myself but have run out of time and have other things to focus on. It can be php/web based (highly preferred) or python as long as it accepts user inputs or forms. In your proposal, please specify the language you will use, and what experience you have with cryptocurrency and binance (if any). The method you choose must allow me to input and select values, and perform the functional requirements as detailed in the full requirements document. In your proposal, please also specify how much extra you would charge per extra exchange. EG Price for bittrex, price for hitbtc, price for Binance, price for Yobit. The currency pair will always be xxxx/BTC (where XXXX is the currency to be traded). You must provide full documentation, all files and install instructions for using the bot/script and before releasing payment you must send me the code to check, and test live against the Cryptoia system using my API Credentials. You are required to fix all bugs, even after payment is made if something is wrong with the solution. PLEASE DO NOT OVER QUOTE. I know the work involved, I know the time involved. You will be ignored immediately if your price is too high. If you notice something is incorrect with my requirements or have other ideas, please discuss with me. If you meet your promises and deliver quality, then I will have plenty of serious work for you this year.
