Hi nice talking to you. I understand your idea but I believe we shall take more things into account. For example what happen if someone takes a picture of this file from their screen, like print screen or even with external camera/phone/etc...? That would probably break the idea of doing this. We could covert file into our own "image/video" formats but probably would not even be recognized by twitter and usual web apps... but still I am not clear what is the purpose of this idea.
