Travel Agecny Website Design

We are looking for someone to build our Online Travel Website. All code MUST be Supplied at the end of the Project. No Junior Developers Please as this is not a small project. Multiple API and XML integration is required. All details will be provided to the awardee. Ideally the site will be completed in PHP, and HTML5. That Includes booking of flights, hire cars, hotels, cruises, etc. It should be clean, funky, and very modern, as well as include a full CMS backend allowing us to create packaged holidays. It should have a customer sign up for newsletters, mailings, and promotions. There should be B2C and B2B Options within the site. It should allow accounts to be created for agencies (b2b) to book items, and it should allow sub accounts within those accounts. It should provide access control. It should automatic creation of invoices for agencies who book items, and it should have the ability to set different mark-ups and discounts pricing structures at a agency based level. It is expected that whoever this is awarded to will supply a full project plan, and send regular updates through the development life cycle. Staged Payments will be awarded based on specific goals within the project plan. It is expected that a basic site will be available to take live within 6 weeks (we understand this will only be basic with no booking functionality). There will be a minimum retainer of at least 25% for 90 days after project complete to allow for in house testing before go-live. The site will ideally have an API to allow 3rd parties to connect and book items via there own individual accounts. All bidders should state what platform is required for hosting - Windows, Linux, VPS, or Dedicated, and specifications for database servers, etc We are happy to purchase any 3rd party components are required. These should be detailed in the proposal bid. The site should be fully responsive and include multi currencies (Currently required AED, EURO, GBP, US$,) and multiple languages support, although for go-live only English is Required. We can do the site language translations if required. The site should get the geo-location of the country and modify phone numbers, and addresses to use the local office 9or closet office). The site would ideally have a loyalty points system - every time the user books they get points, which can be redeemed for discount on future purchases. There should be a automatic export (Admin Defined Time) of all bookings and relevant details in CSV Format to import into our accounts system.
