B'n'Tree Chrome Extension Developer Needed

Hi there, We want to develop a Chrome Extension for B’n’Tree. B’n’Tree is the travel platform that plants trees. For every booking that originates on [login to view URL], we plant a tree – without any charge to the user. Cooperation partners include the world’s largest booking platforms, such as Agoda, [login to view URL], Skyscanner, Expedia, TripAdvisor etc. To begin with, we need a super basic, yet functional extension, which we can put live, test, and later optimize with the feedback we gather from users. Basic functionality: Every time a user visits one of our partners’ websites, e.g. [login to view URL], the extension needs to show a top bar (see image 1), asking the user whether she likes to plant a tree with her booking. If select no, the Extension disappears for this session. It shows again in the next session, or if a different partner’s website is visited. If select yes, the website is reloaded while being redirected via our partner link (E.g. agoda.com/ref=bedandtree). This needs to happen with one single mouse click, and the user needs to end up again on the site she was on before (if she was e.g. looking at a hotel in London for certain dates, exactly that site needs to be reloaded, just with our partner link inserted). After reloading, Image 2 appears. All links the pop-up bar need to be clickable. Important: The pop-up bar always needs to show when a partner’s site is visited, unless our referral code is part of the URL already. That’s it. Only user setting for the time being is to turn the extension on and off. The backend can be super basic to start with. It can be a Google Sheet, where we can add new partners plus their referral code. That’s all we need to start with. Later additions include admin reports, a user settings control panel, extensions for Firefox, Safari and Edge and possibly other features. I’m stating this because the basic extension needs to be properly developed to be built upon. Ideally, whoever builds the basic extension continues to build and improve the extension going forward. Which user permissions the extension needs. 4. 1 thing which would make the entire extension a whole lot better. 5. How much you’d charge for developing the basic extension and why.
