Vue js coding for my website

A freelancer with experience in vue js is required to carry out the four tasks below. 1. Include a contact tutor link next to the view profile link on the tutor profile page. (The contact tutor link is currently available after login and clicking the view profile link on the tutors' profile page). The contact tutor link should open the chat facility when the user clicks on it. (The chat facility is already integrated with the website). If the user is not logged in it should take them to the login page when they click on the contact tutor link. (See photo 1 in the attached file on what already exists, but only appears after a user login and click on the chat link in the menu bar. The word chat will re replaced with contact tutor. (Photo 2 shows what the tutor profile page looks like before login) without the chat link. 2. Include the request lesson link and contact tutor link so it is visible after the user clicks on the view profile link on the tutors’ profile page. At the moment it is only visible when the user logs in to their account (See photo 3 in the attached file). If the user is not logged in when they click on the request lesson or contact tutor link it should take the user to the login page. (Photo 4 in the attached file shows the tutors’ profile page after clicking on the view profile link before login. 3. Fix vertical scrolling issue that occurs when the user clicks on the request lesson link. At the moment the entire subject section disappears when you click on the vertical scroll bar to see the subjects available. (See photo 5 in the attached document). 4. Unhide the 5 star rating that appears below the cost per hour on the tutors’ profile page – it was hidden by a previous freelancer as requested.
