Web App / Database Interface Tools

Need a database developed with a detailed interface for use by employees and clients. Database will basically be outlined as follows: Contact Database - will include ID of the contact and a variety of other fields including web addresses, emails, phone numbers, etc. Will also need a field in which a sub-contact can be added which will vary by client and sub-client. This means main contact A could have sub-contact 1 (for client 1 and sub-client 1), sub-contact 2 (for client 1 and sub-client 2), and sub-contact 3 (for client 2, sub-client 1). Filters need to be available for employees to view this database and only see certain fields and be able to specify the client and sub-client they wish to view. Assets Database - need the ability to load video and MP3 files to the web with a variety of fields attached. Each asset will also need to be able to have multiple date ranges attached for use in other sections of the site. An interface to allow employees, client and sub-clients needs to be available for these assets. Project Database - ability to create a new project page for a client and sub-client. Assets will need to be attached to the project and viewable by employees, clients and sub-clients. Employees will need to be able to attach contacts to the project and then update notes as contacts are completed. Various other interfaces will be required. This will be a multi-phase project and will, with the right provider, allow for ongoing relationships with enhancements and modifications and maintenance being a monthly factor for the foreseeable future. Time is of the essence in this project for at least the initial phase. Further details on the project will be provided if necessary to place a final bid - phone would most likely work best for the initial conversation. Budget is flexible based on the actual work performed and can be adjusted for the right vendor/time frame.
