WEB development agency BASED IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Hello, We're looking for a web development company BASED IN THE EUROPEAN UNION (NOWHERE ELSE), with experimented WordPress developers for debugging, maintenance and development tasks throughout the year. We don't want to hire an individual as we've had only bad experiences so far. Between the illnesses of their family members, the death of their (grand-)parents, the outage of their internet connection or their computer and the holidays that we were not informed before they started, we don't want to collaborate with individual developers anymore, they're much too unreliable. What we're looking for is a company with at least 10 developers and a QUALITATIVE approach. Quality means developers always control their work. Quality means there's a manager that's cross-checking the developers work too, so that we, as client, won't find errors. A good developer always checks the console to see if there's no error left. He spends 20 minutes minutes to check several pages on the site he's just worked on to be sure that everything is looking and working fine before announcing his client that all the issues have been fixed. A good company follows-up spontaneously at least twice a day. We want a web development company: ● with an average reviews score superior or equal to 4.9 ● with at least 50 reviews ● and preferably with a score above 90 on Freelancer's WordPress test This is an HOURLY job, not a fixed-price job.
