Wordpress - Contact Form 7 - Signature Addon Edit

I have Contact Form 7 installed on my wordpress website. I have the Signature Addon installed on Contact Form 7. I want to create a page on Contact Form 7 to look like the attached document. However, in addition I need the following: 1) At the bottom of the page there needs to be the submit button and just above that would be a link to a privacy notice. 2) There needs to be a button the person will press to confirm if they are signing on behalf of a company, or a person. If they are signing as a person these options come up: Name: Email: Date: Signed: If they are signing on behalf of a company these options need to come up: Authorised signatory for and on behalf of: Position within Company: Name: Email: Date: Signed: 3) The signing box needs to be very clear, with a red outline around it. At the moment the default setting is a clear white box. 4) When they click submit I want an email sent to me, and to the email address they entered as their email showing a copy of the signed form (as a pdf document if possible). I would also like a thank you page to come up, with a link for them to download the contract direct from there rather than waiting for it to be emailed to them.
