Wordpress expert needed

Hello freelancers I have 2 plugins that let the visitor leave hotspots on the pictures I need to merege these in one plugin And let the visitor upload the picture and let the other visitor leave there tips on commments using the hotsopt. The website is for designers. So any designer when he finish any design he need someone to give him any suggestions. When he upload the design on the website, the other designers can leave hotspot on the design to make comments or suggestions and rate the design in the end, I bought 2 hotspot plugins but I need to merege them Becase I like the design of this one: [login to view URL] and I need this one: [login to view URL] I also use "Ultimate Member" and I need to show which the designs that he uploaded on his profile I'm searching on the rating plugin that will help us or you can suggest one to me. Finally maybe I need one plugin that let the designer upload designs, leave the hotspots and rate other designs.
