Wordpress request, need extra coding/plugin

• Login user/pw • Login information saved, date-time • Signup • Custom fields (possible to add multiple text fields with information) • Possibility to add a patient list 0-10 persons with e-mail, phone etc • Welcome e-mail sent to user, another welcome e-mail sent to patients (template) • Create private page after template, automatic after signup. Template will have multiple text fields, upload of pictures/video. Every upload/field (except blog) should be assignable to each client (multiple). For example, user uploads one picture with a text field and the user can then assign it to patient 2,4,8 etc. • Payment (stripe) at signup, monthly fee only option (SSL) • Subscription to news letter • Update profile • Adding new clients would generate welcome e-mail (template) at any time • Missing payment • Will generate reminder by e-mail to user and alert to admin All information can be extracted to external file (pdf?) at any time by administrator. All information should be grouped by patient. All patients will have the same blog but the pictures and text files should only be generated if it’s assigned to that person. No information should be visible to other users at any time except admin. Patients will not have any access to the site or the information.
