WordPress Website Development - Read Before Bidding

WordPress Theme - Helium by Rockettheme Gantry 5 Framework Add Disability Mode Feature - Add a plugin and configure for disability mode. Currently the site has an ADA plugin called WP Accessibility but it does not function the way it needs to and the icons do not look like the parent site. I have provided screen shots of the parent and the functions it needs. SVG Code - There is an SVG code in one of the rows that will not function correctly and needs to be corrected and run in the footer properly. When the svg code is enabled, it loads incorrectly and pushed the rest of the footer down, instead of acting like a background. HTML to WP Menu converted - The site has an html coded menu (see [login to view URL] in file uploads) that needs to be either converted to a WP Menu (while maintaining the same look and feel) so it works with the responsive code. Please read - Bid accordingly. This project is a part of a larger project for the client and costing is important. This project is not eligible for bonuses. If any of the project is not as descriptive as needed, ask questions before bidding. This project is not eligible for subcontractor of contractor. So, if you are not the developer, do not bid on this project. I will not accept a costing excuse for more funds because you are passing this project on to another developer. We are a development company with a variety of projects that we are outsourcing because of time limits, and have a full understanding of the project scope.
