wordpress woocommerce theme upgrade, mobile friendly, image fix and layout upgrade

I have an existing in production currently live website at - [login to view URL] But there are some problems with need addressed VERY quickly, if you cannot complete this project within 3-4 days, please do not bid on this project - 1. the template is a few years old and is currently NOT working on mobiles/tablets AT ALL, the size and colour variations buttons on the product pages DO NOT work on mobiles/tablet. 2. The template is quite slow to navigate, and not easy to find products people want to purchase, resulting in many people leaving before purchase, new theme must be easy to navigate/purchase across all platforms (mobile and desktop). This may mean new categoties and bulk changes to products to make for better ux. 3. The product images being used are causing page load problems, they are not being either optimised correctly when uploading to wordpress, or are not having correct thumbnails being generated (or it could be both) for the product pages, as a result some large images are just being scaled which is slowing the site down A LOT. To fix problems 1, 2 I would like to use a new template - [login to view URL] and have it customised to be the same colours as used in my existing site, with relevant category/content images so it can be used on my site, I would also prefer the store to be the main arrival page of the site as people want to navigate and find items to purchase not read boring content. To fix problem 3 you may need to configure the theme so it uses better optimised thumbnails so new products upload create and use correct optimised images on product pages (for all devices). This may mean using different image formats, and may mean you need to create all existing product thumbnails on the server (approx 18k products). BUT you must remember that these images are also used in our ebay and amazon auctions, so need to remain compliant to use those sites as well and not break any listing on those sites. You MUST make sure all existing wordpress plugins still work (i use a custom garment creator plugin, ebay listing plugin and facebook plugins amongst many others) and these MUST all still work correctly, and not break any existing ebay/amazon listings. You may need to upgrade wordpress or some plugins as part of this, but its not necessary expected as all current functionality works. When you change template there may be plugins that are no longer needed eg slider revolution, visual composer etc these must be removed once we have tested the new theme to clean up the back and remove unused plugins.
