We have a online store [login to view URL] We want to create a rebate system for our 'Sales Partners' Sales Partners will get rebate on stock bought by their whole Team. We as an ‘Admin’ on ‘admin panel of Magento’ should have ‘Sales Partner Super-Admin Dashborad’. In this ‘Dashboard’ we should be able to create and see all ‘Sales partner Accounts’ Each ‘Sales Partner’ will have a unique ID (Alpha numeric system generated 4 capital alphabets 4 numbers) and password issued to him and he can provide this ID to other customers to join his team. Each Sales Partner will have his own ‘Sales Partner Dashboard’ In the current system there are two customer groups, the ‘business customers’ and ‘non-business customers’. Only ‘business customers’ will have the option to join ‘Sales Partner Team’. When a new Business Customer joins, amongst other existing fields he should see a field to “JOIN SALES PARTNER TEAM” and should be able to enter the ID of the team and click “JOIN”. Then his account should be linked to this particular ‘Sales Partner Team’. For the existing Business Customers, they should be able to see this field of “Join Sales Partner Team” by going into their ‘My account’ . This field will be an optional field. Also in ‘business customer’ group we need to add one more field/module to upload ‘Tobacco Retail Licence’ Here business customer should be able to upload jpeg, pdf, png. etc. format file. and next to this we will provide a hyperlink saying ‘How to get Licence to sell Tobacco’. This link will be attached to the page “How to get Licence to Sell Tobacco?”. Hyperlink should be attached to this link: [login to view URL] Non-business customer will not have both of above options – neither to join ‘Sales Partner Team’ nor upload ‘Tobacco Licence’. This is to clarify that no amendments are required in this existing customer group. Every time Sales Partner himself or his team member place an order they will get 1 point for each product bought. IMPORTANT: We have to make sure points are issued only at the completion of the order, NOT at the placing of order. For each point earned ONLY ‘Sales partner’ will get $2 per point. Only ‘Sales Partner’ will get the rebates, NOT the team members. On ‘Sales Partner Dashboard’ Sales Partner should see the rebate amount along with the total points earned by the whole team. Sales Partner in ‘Sales Partner Dashboard’ should be able to see the activity of his team members – on a graph that which member of his team has earned how many points for the team and total points earned by the team. By clicking on any member on the graph Sales Partner should be able to see further details of the member, order dates and points earned. We as ‘Super Admin’ and ‘Sales Partner’ will be notified by email whenever a customer has joined a team or has left the team. Eg. If customer goes to his account and changes his team- Partner whose team the customer has left will get an email that this customer has left your team and the Partner whose team the customer has joined will get an email that this customer has joined your team. We will also get email notifications for any customer joining or leaving the teams. Finalisation : Every 3 months on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December, Rebates will be finalized for each team. We as super admin will get a summary of points earned and rebate amount of each ‘Sales Partner Team’ . Sales Partner will also get a quarterly summary telling total points and rebate amount and points earned by each member for his team only. At the midnight of these dates, all counts will be set to zero after finalizing and sending the summaries. Past Statements: Every Sales partner should be abe to see the past statements of past quarters in his Dashboard. In ‘Super Admin Dashboard’ we should be able to go into any team.
