Copy directories to all sub directories of another location

I'm looking for a script to perform the following actions:

Source Folder: \\SERVER2\_MASTER\

Copy Folder called Docs \\SERVER2\_MASTER\Docs

Destination Folders: \\Server2\***Profiles***\

For Example the Destination \\Server2\ has hundreds of profile sub folders under it:

_MASTER

Profile1

Profile2

UserName1

UserName2

...etc

Each one of these sub folders other than the source folder "_Master" needs to get a copy of the sub folder called "Docs" found under the _Master Folder include all sub folders and files that may exist under "Docs".

Profile1\Docs

Profile2\Docs

UserName1\Docs

UserName2\Docs

...etc

This script is intended to be run multiple times and should update the content under each of the \\Server2\***Profiles***\ subfolders with the new content found under _Master\Docs\ by either fully replacing that Docs folder or mirroring the new contents.
