Hi. I have a lot experience in AD. You can see my portfolio. All my PCB done in AD. But I'm working in AD 2016. Let me see your PCB, I think I can reduce cost. Or let me know number of pads on PCB. My routing cost is $0.2 for each pad on PCB.

Based on number of components and nets, the layout time is about 46 hours. And this does not include footprints checking / correction and other delays. So how can you expect to do it for $100? Paying $2 per hour? Even Chinese don't work for this rate.
