With NLP the change happens very powerfully and long-lastingly in a matter of an hour or so. The reason is the very specific language that is used to help the person rewire their thoughts in a way that is more resourceful and thereby brake the thought patterns that lead to the emotional difficulties so that the person can change their state and access better ways of thinking. This is why these techniques can cure even powerful negative reactions like phobia, PTS disorders and even addictions in a matter of hours ...
