Bash Script (link provided) with AWS syntax

Working on AWS CLI Lambda Syntax Would like to read a file like this (see attached Deployfile) and how would this be read to be a aws cli command – just show the command that would work via a script in bash? (I have AWS cli installed and working). Have a script that will read this type of config and show the command. (If not how much?) (Please note I am out of work and have a small budget) (Did I miss something?) (Sorry I am broke, but that is about my budget) Is this something you can work on now?
