Hi. I can develop a Python script to send the measurements on your system. I need to know what kind of measures you need and how complex they are. Hi Sir: You can see latency directly if you deploy your Applications as an App Engine Service (Google Cloud Platform). If You deploy your Application as an Compute Engine VM (GCP) you need to use StackDriver Monitoring to create metrics and manage Dashboards. To analyze "time respond" or to analyze metrics on-premise infraestructure you need to install tools like netdata. Please feel free to contact me for further details. Thanks
