coding education website in python

I need a (( Python )) programmer to develop a website. I already have the HTML Design. NOTICE: - May I forget some features that include in my final Design it will be required too, I think that's all but just in case! - managers and teamwork dashboards are not ready yet, once we agreed i will design them.
