Detecting object(car and truck) in day and night , counting vehicles according to direction , detecting speed with YOLO-V3

Hi, I am an engineer specializing on computer vision and machine learning applications. I have years of experience working on production-level computer vision based applications such as smart surveillance, object detection and tracking, semantic and instance segmentation, face recognition, person re-identification, facial attribute detection, and various other applications. I have a very broad knowledge from image processing algorithms to machine learning and deep learning techniques. I have a very good knowledge in python/C++ programming, openCV (both C++ and Python), machine learning tools (tensorflow, keras, pytorch, etc) and other libraries/tools necessary. I have worked with Yolo, RCNN, Mask RCNN and many other object detection, segmentation networks. I will have some research myself. I assume BDD would be sufficient enough to achieve what you want, but the challenging part will be tracking the truck and measure their speed.
