Email Sender Website needed in Python Django

Please First READ then BID! Hello all! i need a simple website with following functionalities : 1: Login/Regestration , Foget Password/Reset password 2: A page From we can send bulk emails where the following functions will be applicable: 2(a) can attach a csv/excel file of Sender emails 2(b) can attach a csv/excel file of Receiver emails 2(c) Box for Subject 2(d) Box for Message body 2(e) A processing bar to show how many emails has been sent 2(f) And make sure email should lands in inbox not in spam 3: Each user will login and then there will be option to use email sender function by having subscriptions on paypal and stripe payment method. (30 days expiry ) 4: there should be a functionality that a user can see how many email has been opened by the receiver. 5: Each user should have a history page where user can see their total sent mails this month with mails data(this data should delete automatically after 30 days of user using ) these are the details please bid me after reading this low budgets are more appreciable
