Google Chrome cookies recovery

Hi, Starting from version 33 Chrome is encrypting the cookies. We can find it in "C:\Users\$USERS$\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cookies" I can see with sqlite browser that the value of each cookie is encrypted. (BLOB) I need to recover them in clear text. Anny program or script that work correctly without error would be ok.
