I can do it in two ways: 1. with Qt: big executable size, but quickly 2. native Win32 API:- small executable, but long time for coding. Settings in both cases I can store in .ini file. GUI dialog for editing. I plan: - decode jpeg - select QR area (fixed size) - generate QR code (via libqrencode) - compare jpeg QR and generated QR - actions depending on the comparison result Timer in two ways: 1. Hi I am interested in this project. I can use opencv for QR code detection. And i will create a settings file in json there you can define the folder path qr code value. You can schedule this in a scheduler or if you are using linux you can use crontab for scheduling.

Hello, Greetings!! Based on the description supplied from your end here is my understanding & proposal. I have a team of programmers expert in Script programming , web page design, validation & website development. We are good to do this assignment. Project Scope 1) A Windows application to run at back end . Every X minutes( to be defined) will access an image( JPG) format from a fixed path..( will take file location & File name as input). 2) The application checks for a QR code on top left corner of the image 3) If QR code exists, the file gets moved to another location( provided) 4) Else, if there is no QR code the file will get deleted. 5) The "settings" - number of minutes between checks, filenames, directories, value of QR code - code be in an XML or text file 6) Deliverable – Source code & Exe file. Assumptions: A) The application will run as a simple windows demon program & on the computer on which the program is installed. B) The application will not create a log file for the transactions /actions performed in a given time period.
