Modular build of rescaled building plans in PDF

Hi, I am a software engineer with 15 years exp. working on C#. I already working on desing and painting application, and so I have some doubts regarding what you are looking for. How the pdf are generated? Are they exported from a design tool like Autocad? Detect a plan in a pdf file can be impossible because depends from the source of the plan. If the plan is built as an image then I think we have no chance. Anyway 250$ for this project si very very low, I understand your concern about the developer. we could use this amount to perform test to check if it is possible to develop this tool. Armando

Hi, I can do this by reading pdf and traversing coordinates, we are experts in C#, asp.net MVC, python, itextsharp and have a sound knowledge in working with pdf.
