Need serverless experts, Perfer AWS Lambda , but Azure Functions and Google Cloud Functions also okay

This project is to read API data from a given source, then data is getting processed, and eventually data output should be in a API form, so that my local computer could read the processed data (REST API for simplicity, Websocket API if the coder has the skills). Keywards for absolutely required skills: Serverless, AWS Lambda, Python, MySQL Keywards for desirable skills: NodeJS, AngularJS, Azure Functions and Google Cloud Functions In short, without absolutely required skills, we are wasting each others time. There is no way to complete this project without required skills. For desirable skills, it is good for people with it, and if you happen to be without, it is okay, we could find a way to work around. Okay, here comes to the detailed part. I need people familiar with API especially websocket API, to read data from here: [login to view URL] Then, the coming data will be processed by my Python Algorithm, the code of algorithm will be provided. The current algorithm takes in CSV data and output processed data. What your job is to read data from outside API, store data in a SQL server, then run my Python algorithm to get data processed. Of course there should be an output, otherwise why should we get data processed at the first place. The output data will be send out via API again. This time, we will need to establish an API server/function, and with authentication. So that eventually only local computer with secret keys could get accessed to the processed data API for data output. And since API data in is streaming in, so API data out is streaming out. The reason I need this infrastructure to be serve less is because easy maintenance. I do not want to take an effort in the server maintenance. , and for future works, it will be easy to integrate more functions, just API to another API. Please talk to me if you are interested.
