Hello, I will provide you with a module that will add a new option to the product menu called: "Duplicate with variants". A dialogue window will pop up prompting for the new product name and a field for translating the name into each of the active languages in the db. The bid increment will account for this new translation options.

Hi! This seems to be a easy task and I have previously worked on the similar functionality. I would like to work on this requirement and get it done for you. I believe we wont need a name wizard as Odoo by default should handle the change in template name and change the name of variants accordingly. By default on duplicating Odoo adds Copy string at the end of the name and we can edit the new name after duplicating.
