Pump Station for Solar Heating using Raspberry R-Pi3b and the KPI will focus on programmer being operationally fluent in Programming in the Raspian OS, C, Node Red, and possibly Python, & SQLite

We have a Solar Controller we need to complete as soon as possible, due to time constraints. IO interface and Node Red are partly completed in C, use of this is not required if you have your own libraries to draw from. To be clear, time is of the essence. If you can’t devote the time to complete this, please don’t bid on this project. If you do be sure you have a good record. We are a small start-up company with some experience in Solar Heating Controllers. This will be our 2nd. This controller manages 16-24 sensors, and on/off backup heat source, A flow sensor, and up to 12 24VDC Variable Speed Pumps. Some code is already written for operation of the Pumps. This is partly done, mostly in C. Also: It will use the Pi's onboard Web Server, Wi-Fi, Blue tooth and networking for the user interface. User can use a Tablet or phone typically to view the system, setup, and to affect changes. No Screen or keyboard required. IO is by way of commercial IO cards with easy IO interface (already partly done as is the Node Red interface). The Pi Auto-boots to the program (done). Using Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Network, user can log into the system using a password, and view the operation of the pump and solar system via the web server. There will be roughly 12 pages of Web server applications including Landing Page, 2 setup screens (User and installer), and a series of Histogram graphs that leverage the data accumulation by way of a TODAY- LAST WEEK – LAST MONTH – Last Year and Last 5 years or more with yearly data averaged as laid out for long term storage. Preference is given to programmers who can layer secondary graphics and the variables as they change/sec, on top of the background graphics for the landing and setup screen. We provide source code we already have, & 4 documents in support of the project: A description of how the system works, a programming logic document, a variables list and explanation document and a UI (User Interface document with graphic outline for the Webserver. Programmer will advise file preference for graphic files and they will be provided. For the right programmer who can deliver on time and on budget, there may be additional future work once this is done, which may include Pi web access to our server, upload data monthly or more, check for program updates, and more.
