Hello, I have gone through your requirements and found that I can deploy nlp. steps of solution word to vector and then paragraph to vector are applied. After that we apply word embedding. for better understanding of word relationship. and finally some layer of time distributed model we can achieve good accuracy

Hi, I believe I can perfectly do your project as it's very similar to my Master's thesis which I've done submitted one month ago and got an A in it. I believe as well that I have experience in NLP as I've been studying deep learning for 2.5 years and I've been working with NLP for the last year. Moreover, I think your approach is not the optimal as using Word2Vec or FastText would be much better (depending on the size of the data) but if you looked into papers you'll find that using pre-trained word2Vec or FastText achieves much higher accuracies. I can also help you with improving your approach as it doesn't seem optimal. As well as, you don't need tf-idf in general as feature extraction is done by the CNN, tf-idf is needed only if you use Naive bayes or any other classical machine learning approaches, actually using tf-idf alongside CNN would make the results worse and that's based on experiments I did in my thesis.
