Translate just Matlab or Matlab&C++ code to Python

Project is about translating Matlab code and a bit of c++ code into only pyhton. Freelancer should be proficient in all 3 languages, and good at maths too, to understand why it was done it this way. When you run Matlab code, it produces several graphs. This what should end-file of python produce, all the same graphs. I will give 2 versions of code, and it is up to freelancer which one to translate. Easier version (2D) will be easier to do, but less paid. Work can be done in few hours. Hard version (3D) has much more to translate, but paid more. Bit more time needed then easier version. To the chosen freelancer I will provide both sets of versions, and it will be up to him to choose which one to translate.
